On conclusion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Understand different types of information, communication and energy (ICE) technologies appropriate for development applications; 2. Understand the difference between the different sectors in which ICE technologies may be used; 3. Understand how to design appropriate development solutions building on ICE technologies
